Meet Minnette
Minnette Leoni, FPQP®, serves as our Operations Manager, where she ensures seamless daily operations, maintains compliance for staff, and provides exceptional client service. Leveraging her designation as a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®), which she earned in 2021, she assists in preparing and implementing comprehensive financial plans. Minnette works closely with clients throughout the financial planning process, facilitating the execution of recommendations and guiding them through transitions into asset management where applicable.
Minnette’s diverse professional background spans industries such as medical offices, hospitality, drug and alcohol treatment facilities, and international manufacturing. Over her career, she has managed payroll and benefits administration, coordinated corporate headquarters relocations, and organized national sales and special events for Fortune 500 corporations and charitable organizations. Her dedication to precision, coupled with her professional demeanor and empathetic approach, makes her an invaluable resource for our firm and our clients.
Based in the northwest Chicago suburbs, Minnette works remotely, drawing inspiration and support from her husband, two adult children, and their family dog, Sophie. She is deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, serving as a proud ally of the LGBTQ community. Outside of work, she enjoys costuming for local theater groups, sewing, reading, traveling, and boating with her family and friends.
